Payment and Fees

The fees for services offered in our office are based on these general criteria:

The nature of the treatment required.
The time and expense involved in providing the services.
The care, skill and judgement necessary to provide the services.

Our staff are trained to advise you on the basic fees charged for each procedure whether it is a comprehensive vision exam, contact lens fitting, special testing, etc. However, after examination, the doctor may recommend a different treatment than this basic quote. In this case, all fees will be discussed thoroughly before proceeding with any further services. We want you to fully understand and be comfortable with our services. It is the patient's responsibility to fulfill financial commitments promptly and completely.

The fees for our materials, whether they be contact lenses, glasses lenses, frames, etc. are very competitively priced. Discounts for contact lenses wearers and second pair of complete glasses are offered. We have a large inventory of fashion frames and sunglasses and use only state of the art lens designs and lens materials.

The following payment options are available:

Cash - a 10% discount is given when payment is made in full at time of ordering!
Check - a 10% discount is given when payment is made in full at time of ordering! (There is a $25 charge on all returned checks.)
Master Card/ Visa - a 5% discount is given when payment is made in full at time of ordering!
