Payment and Fees
Payment is expected at the time of service. If we are a panel provider for your vision or medical plan, we will expect you to pay your co-pay at the time of service. A 5% discount will be given to private cash patients if payment in full is made at the time of the order. We accept cash, checks, VISA Mastercard and debit cards.
The fees for services offered in our office are based on these general criteria:
The nature of the treatment required.
The time and expense involved in providing the services.
The care, skill and judgement necessary to provide the services.
Our staff are trained to advise you on the basic fees charged for each procedure whether it is a comprehensive vision exam, contact lens fitting, special testing, etc. However, after examination, the doctor may recommend a different treatment than this basic quote. In this case, all fees will be discussed thoroughly before proceeding with any further services. We want you to fully understand and be comfortable with our services. It is the patient's responsibility to fulfill financial commitments promptly and completely.
The fees for our materials, whether they be contact lenses, glasses lenses, frames, etc. are competitively priced. Discounts are available for those being fit with contact lenses and purchasing a complete pair of glasses and for those purchasing two or more pairs of complete glasses. We have a large inventory of fashion frames and sunglasses and use only the most technologically advanced lens designs and lens materials.
